• Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards and related systems
• Inspect incoming PCB assemblies, components and solder joints visually and under a microscope
• Perform soldering, cleaning, handling and rework of PCB assemblies
• Carry out electrical measurements and functional testing using standard test equipment and dedicated test rigs
• Identify faults, perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to engineers
• Read and follow electronic schematics, datasheets, assembly instructions and testing procedures
• Prepare cables, connectors and electronic connections
• Record inspection, testing and rework results accurately
• Maintain the traceability of components and completed work
• Monitor electronic component and consumable inventory and communicate replenishment needs
• Provide practical feedback and suggest improvements to assembly, testing and work procedures

• Vocational education in electronics or equivalent practical experience
• Practical experience with electronics assembly and PCB handling
• Ability to read electronic schematics, component datasheets and technical instructions
• Soldering and PCB rework skills
• Ability to use standard electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes and laboratory power supplies
• Ability to identify electronic components and understand their markings and package information
• Basic fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• A careful, methodical and quality-focused approach
• Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately
• English at B2 level or above
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes and techniques

• Experience with surface-mount and through-hole soldering
• Experience using hot-air rework equipment
• Experience with FPGA rework or reballing
• Experience operating pick-and-place or reflow equipment
• Experience testing PCB assemblies using dedicated test rigs
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards or relevant IPC certification
• Experience maintaining production, testing or traceability records
• Experience with component inventory and production consumables
• Previous experience in electronics production, prototyping or a laboratory environment
